Whilst it’s great to receive reviews on your Oneflare page, we understand that some job details contain sensitive information and will need to be hidden.
You are welcome to flag a job within your Oneflare profile that you believe contains information about the customer that should not be made public. E.g. Job detail contains their personal details like their last name, contact number or email address.
To flag a job, simply follow these steps:
- Log into your Oneflare account, head to your Public Profile and hover over the relevant customer's job and a grey flag will appear.
- Click on the flag button and enter in the comment box why you are flagging the job
- Our Support Team will then look into this and remove any sensitive information.
Keep in mind, you can not flag a job due to the review the customer has left in relation to the job. This is separate from flagging a job, and any enquiries about your reviews will need to be directed to the Oneflare Support Team to investigate.
