I already have the old verified badge. How is this new badge different and will I lose my old one?

Prior to 15 March 2021, verification was linked to insurance, your ABN and your business description.

From 15 March 2021, however, verification will be granted to those who’ve had their business details and the identity of their primary owner validated by our Support Team.

Businesses carrying the existing verified badge, and who wish to maintain their verified status, will need to supply additional information before 15 April 2021 when all old badges will be removed.
