Control the type of leads you receive by listing the categories and suburbs that relate to your business in the ‘My Profile’ section. You can also add or remove specific services to best fit your business. For example, if your pest control business works only with possums, remove other options such as bees and spiders to manage the leads you receive.

When you see open requests in the ‘Leads’ section of your account, you can sort through available leads quickly by filtering by area or service type on the bottom right hand of your screen. Locate jobs in a particular area by increasing or decreasing your radius or filter by service type to view leads in a specific service category.

To check if any open leads are urgent, look for jobs within a 48 hour timeframe by selecting the option on the bottom right of your ‘Leads’ space.

    The type of leads you receive are determined by the service categories and suburbs related to your business. Manage the categories that best fit your business by accessing your account via desktop or emailing your preferred categories to support@oneflare.com.au.

    All open leads will be stored in the ‘Leads’ section where you can view job details by clicking into a job and then responding to the ones that interest you the most. Keep an eye out for the closing date of each job or leads marked as ‘urgent’ so you don’t miss the chance to quote on jobs best suited to you. You also have the option to ignore leads that aren’t right for your business.
