To qualify for the Verified Badge, a current Public Liability or Professional Indemnity Insurance certificate is required. Upload a copy of your insurance certificate with the business or sole trader’s name, policy number and period of insurance clearly visible.
The Customer Happiness Team will confirm the currency and validity of your insurance document within one working day and if all details are correct, the Verified Badge will be added to your profile.
If your business does not require insurance to carry out work, there are other ways of getting verified, such as with a trade licence.
