All customers who review a business on Oneflare are asked to respect our posting guidelines, set in place to protect you against ingenuine reviews.
Here are three extra ways you can encourage feedback from current and previous customers:
- Add your link: Make it easy for customers to leave your business a review by keeping a link to your Oneflare profile on your email signature, website and invoices.
- Go social: Remind your customers on Facebook to help your business thrive by leaving a review on your Oneflare profile. If a customer has previously posted a review on your Facebook page, comment politely on their post and ask them to share a similar review on your profile too.
- Invitations: When you’ve completed a job on Oneflare, show off the satisfactory results by requesting a review for a specific job or customer through the quotes section of your account.
