Remember, a copy of your quote will be the first message a customer receives so it's important to follow up with a personalised introduction, an explanation of the quote or examples of your past work. Nurturing a connection is the key to increasing your chances of winning the job!

To send a direct message via Oneflare, simply:
- Navigate to your 'Inbox' tab
- Select the relevant customer
- Start writing your message next to the green '+' icon
- Ready to send? Select the send icon to the right of the message
A double tick will appear below your message when the customer has viewed your quote, and never miss a message again with instant email notifications! We’ll notify you via email if the customer starts a conversation with you, or if there are any new messages awaiting your response.
TIP: During the conversation, you can revisit the job details or refresh your memory by viewing your quote again directly from the chat.
