Messaging is only available after you’ve sent a quote to the customer. That way, we ensure you’re speaking to the right customers.
A copy of your quote will be the first message a customer receives so follow up with a personalised introduction, an explanation of the quote or examples of your past work to nurture the connection. To send a new message, visit the ‘Quotes’ section of your account, select the relevant customer and a space for your messages will appear. During the conversation, you can revisit the job details or refresh your memory by viewing your quote again.
We’ll notify you by email if a customer starts a conversation with you or if there are any new messages waiting for your response so you can always keep track of the conversation.
