How to update notifications

You can expect to receive notifications by email or from within your Oneflare for Business App as soon as a relevant job lead is available, when a customer has seen your quote, responds to your quote or chooses to hire your business!

Whenever there’s a new or unread message, you will see a notification on top of the ‘Inbox’ section so you can stay connected with your customers.

Go to My Profile > Account Settings > Notifications to update your settings:

 How to edit your notifications

To update your notifications,  simply click on the correct icon.

  • To receive notifications, make sure the icon is green
  • To disable notifications, make sure it is greyed out.

The changes will automatically be saved.

You can change the notification settings for both your business and your customer account:

  • Business Account notifications refer to your leads, messages from customers and your ‘Seen’ quotes.
  • Customer Account notifications are for when you’ve posted a job with Oneflare and want to be notified when you receive new messages and quotes from businesses.

SMS Notifications

You can also select the times you wish to receive SMS notifications. Click on the blue line until it reflects your desired window of SMS alerts and then no SMS will be sent outside of those hours. If you receive a lead outside of your active SMS hours, we will send you an SMS in the morning to let you know how many new leads are in your account - so you can stay updated.

Click ‘Save Changes’ at the bottom of the page every time you modify your SMS notifications.

    The Oneflare for Business app is the easiest way to get notified instantly of relevant jobs and to craft professional quotes. Specify how and when you’d like to receive notifications for new leads in the notifications page of your settings tab.

    The default notification setting for your business should have an activated mobile, email or SMS icon so simply tap to turn off a type of alert or to specify the times you’re willing to be reached via SMS.

    The best way to ensure your business hears about job updates and new leads as soon as possible is to check the notifications area of your phone and allow the Oneflare for business app to send you instant updates.
