Customers often look for the Verified Badge when choosing which business to hire. The Verified Badge helps your business stand out and proves to customers that you're an insured and legitimate business suitable for work. To qualify for the Verified Badge:
- Add your ABN
- Upload your logo
- Write a short description about your business
- Submit a certificate of insurance (Public Liability or Professional Indemnity)
If your business does not require insurance to carry out work, there are other ways of getting verified, such as with a trade licence.
Once the Customer Happiness Team can confirm the validity of your insurance or license details, the Verified Badge will be visible on your profile for current and future customers.
