After you've posted your job on Oneflare, the business will want to make contact with you. We don't want you to miss out on an important conversation, so we'll notify you when this happens. However, you might like to adjust your settings and it's easy to do.
How to update notifications
When a business sends you a new quote or a private message, we’ll let you know with an email or SMS. You can specify how and when you’d like to be contacted in the ‘Notifications’ tab under ‘Account Settings’, on the top right-hand side of your account.
How to unsubscribe from notifications
You can unsubscribe (and re-subscribe at any time) from all Oneflare updates and communications through the ‘Notifications’ tab under ‘Account Settings’ on the top right-hand side of your account.
Make the necessary changes by clicking on the icons.
- To receive notifications, make sure the box is ticked;
- To disable notifications, make sure the box is unticked.
The changes will automatically be saved.
Please note that you can also unsubscribe from our marketing emails through the 'Unsubscribe' button in the footer of the email.
Update the SMS notifications
If you wish to update the times that you receive SMS notifications, update this with the slider bar.
You will be required to log into your Oneflare account to make any changes to your notification settings. If you're unable to remember your log in details, just select 'Forgot Your Password?' to update your details and log-in.
If you're unsubscribing because your job is no longer going ahead, it's best if you cancel your job request as this will stop further contact from the businesses and stop all job notifications.
