I damaged something. What should I do?


Sometimes, accidents happen. If you happen to break something during a job, the best course of action is to alert the customer when you're finished.

You can chat on the Oneflare app, text or call them, or just show them if they're home. Simply ask the customer to contact us and we'll take it from there. You will need to cover the costs of repair or replacement if you were at fault.
