I can't get in and the customer is not home


If you cannot get in or if a customer is not there to let you in (and you are on time, not early or late), send the customer a message on the Oneflare app, call, or text them. Also, please double-check the service notes for details about the key and access.

We suggest you remain at the job for a maximum of 20 minutes after the booking and if you still haven't heard from the customer, please contact Oneflare support.
