Preparing for a job


When you accept a job, we suggest that you take the time to prepare at least one day before. You can do this by checking:

  • How you are going to get there
  • Check the customer's notes to see if there is anything special in their clean that needs to be done
  • Some extra services require you to bring different products for the clean, eg: oven cleaner

You will be able to see all of this information when you login and click on a customer's job. If you have questions, you can also contact your customer directly.

You will find your customer's phone number by clicking on their booking details.
