When would I expect to receive a call?


Calls will come through whenever a customer nearby is in need of a service that you perform. To manage your day we encourage you to customise your daily call availabilities.

To define your hours: 

  1. Open your mobile app
  2. Select the 'Calls' tab > Call settings > Call availability

Busy on a job? Simply set yourself to 'Do not disturb' and we'll pause all incoming calls through your mobile app.
