How do I get in touch with customers after a call?

All answered and missed calls are visible within the 'Calls' tab of your mobile app. 

Here we display all the relevant information regarding your incoming calls, making easy to keep track of your leads. Please note that a customers’ contact number will only be revealed if and when you've successfully answered their call. 

Following each successful connection, customers receive a text message with your name, your business name and your contact number for reference.
