It's easy! All answered and missed calls are visible within the 'Calls' tab of your mobile app.
Here we display all the relevant information regarding your incoming calls, making it easy to keep track of your leads. Please note that a customers’ contact number will only be revealed if and when you've successfully answered their call.
Following each successful connection, customers receive a text message with your name, your business name and your contact number for reference.
If you're on a Call Plan and looking to track your monthly usage, simply:
- Open your mobile app
- Open the 'Calls' tab
- Select 'Call Settings'
Under 'Call Settings', you are able to see your monthly usage overview including the number of calls you have remaining as well as the number of days left in your plan.
