What happens if the call doesn’t meet my expectations?

We want you to win work every time you receive a call, so we allow Call Plan members to request a refund when something doesn't go to plan.

Refunds are applicable in situations where you experience poor call quality, where you don’t perform the service requested by the customer, or where the customer calls in error.

This feature is exclusively available for businesses on a Call Plan only.
