What happens if I don’t receive as many calls as I paid for?

In the unlikely event that you don't get enough opportunities to use your calls, any shortfall will roll over for you to use in the following month.

For example, if you have signed up to a 10 call plan in January but only receive 8 opportunities to speak directly with customers that month, the remaining 2 unused calls will automatically carry over to February.
