How do I request a refund?

To submit a refund request, simply:

1. Open the quote for consideration and select ‘Request refund’ from the 3 dots in the top right
2. Agree to the terms and conditions of our refund policy
3. Submit your request and our team will do the rest! 

You will be notified of the outcome via your inbox, including any reasoning should your request be declined.
