If you’d like to remove messages from your main inbox view, you can choose to archive them. Archiving is a useful way to declutter your inbox while still preserving message history for future reference. However, please note that archiving is a permanent action and cannot be undone, so we recommend reviewing each message carefully before proceeding.

Once archived, messages are not deleted; they are simply moved out of the main inbox view. You can easily access them at any time by applying the ‘Archived’ filter in your inbox.
