How Can I Close or Cancel My Job Request?

We understand that things change, and sometimes you may need to cancel or close a job request. Don’t worry, the process is simple, and we’ll take care of notifying businesses for you.

Follow these easy steps to cancel your job request on Oneflare:

1. Log into Your Oneflare Account
   Go to the Oneflare website or app and log into your account using your credentials.
2. Navigate to the 'My Jobs' Tab
   Once logged in, head to the ‘My Jobs’ tab located on your dashboard to see a list of all your active and past job requests.
3. Find the Job You Want to Cancel
   Browse through your list of jobs and locate the one you wish to cancel. You can click on the job for more details if needed.
4. Click on the 3 Dots
   Next to the job listing, click the three dots (•••) for a drop-down menu.
5. Select 'Close Job'
   In the menu, select the option that says “Close Job.”
6. Choose the Reason for Cancelling
   A drop-down menu will appear, allowing you to select the reason for closing the job. This helps businesses understand the status of your request.
7. Click 'Submit' to Confirm
   After selecting the reason, click “Submit” to finalize the cancellation. Once you’ve confirmed, the job will be marked as closed, and businesses will be notified that the job is no longer active.
