You might re-open a job if you haven't received any quotes after 5 days, allowing businesses another chance to respond, or if you received some quotes but want more options. To re-open a job, log into your Oneflare account, go to the "Jobs" section, find the job that closed organically, and click "Re-open job." Note that you can only re-open jobs that closed automatically after 5 days; if you cancelled the job or closed it for a specific reason, you must post a new request.

You Haven’t Received Any Quotes Yet
If your job didn’t receive any quotes after being live for 5 days, re-opening it gives businesses another opportunity to respond. When you re-open the job, we’ll notify relevant professionals in our network again, helping increase your chances of getting a response. -
You Received Some Quotes But Want More Options
Even if you received a few quotes, you might want to compare more options before making a decision. Re-opening the job allows us to resend your request to a wider pool of businesses, potentially connecting you with additional professionals who may now be available or interested.
By re-opening your job, you keep your options open and give your request renewed visibility among local service providers.
Steps to Re-open a Job:
- Log in to your Oneflare account.
- Go to the "Jobs" section from your dashboard.
- Find the job you’d like to re-open. It must be a job that has closed organically (after being live for 5 days).
- If eligible, you’ll see an option to "Re-open job", click this to reactivate your request.
Important Notes:
- You can only re-open jobs that have closed automatically after 5 days.
- If you cancelled the job yourself or closed it with a specific reason, you won’t be able to re-open it.
- In these cases, you’ll need to post a new job request instead.
