Can I decline a quote from a particular business?

If you’re not happy with the quotes you’ve received from a particular business you can decline their individual quote using the 'Decline business' button.
This means the business will no longer have your contact details and your job may be reopened to receive another quote.

Here is how you can decline a quote:

1. Login to your Oneflare account and head to 'My Jobs' and select the relevant request.
2. Select the business you want to decline the quote from. 
3. Click on 'decline business' in the top-right corner.
4. Select the most appropriate reason why you want to decline and if you select something else, please be sure to enter a comment in the description.
5. Click 'confirm'
