What's an On-Time Badge and how do I get one?

The On-Time Badge shows your customers that you are committed, trustworthy, punctual and reliable. You're essentially assuring customers that you will be on time, every time, or they will be reimbursed $50.

To set up the On-Time Badge, simply: 

1. Visit our On-Time Guarantee page
2. Select the 'Get my On-Time Guarantee' button
3. Confirm your payment details for the $50 reimbursement, and you are done!

Now, if you’re running late, you'll need to give your customer more than 1 hour's notice. If you don’t turn up or if you're 30 minutes later than the new promised time, your $50 deposit will be automatically passed onto your customer to compensate for their lost time.
