How can I update my business name?

Please Note - If you have already completed your business verification, updating your first and/or last name, business name, address, and/or Australian Business Number (ABN) may affect your verification status. You may be required to redo the verification process to ensure all updated information is current, accurate and compliant.

Currently, the option to update your business name directly through your account is not available. To ensure the accuracy of our records and maintain proper credentials on file, all business name changes must be handled by our support team. If you need to update your business name, follow these steps:

1. Prepare Supporting Documents: Ensure you have proper documentation, such as a valid ABN (Australian Business Number) or any other official record reflecting your new business name.

2. Contact Our Support Team: Reach out to us via support@oneflare.com.au and provide the following details:

• Your current business name and profile information.
• The new business name you want to update.
• Attached supporting documents.

3. Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your request and documentation. Once verified, we’ll update your business name and notify you when the change is complete.
