How can I update my payment details?

To update your payment details, please follow the steps below:

Note: This option is currently unavailable on the App.

1. Log in to your account via our website
2. Navigate to Settings from the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner.
3. Under the Billing section, you’ll find your payment history and options to manage your card details.
4. Select Add or Edit to update your credit card information.
5. A pop-up window will appear—enter your new card details and click Save to confirm the update 

To use a new card for an upcoming payment, please update your payment details before the renewal date to ensure the payment is deducted from your preferred credit card.
