Oneflare operates as a business directory. Businesses are free to register on our platform and operate independently, with no direct affiliation with Oneflare. When you submit a request, up to three registered businesses may respond with their interest in assisting you. Please note that these responses are not direct recommendations from Oneflare but rather opportunities for you to connect with businesses that may meet your needs.

Once you receive responses, we encourage you to review each business’s profile and make an informed decision. Key factors to consider include:

• A registered ABN (Australian Business Number)
• A verification tick next to their business name (meaning they have confirmed their ABN and identity) 
• Customer reviews and ratings
• Photos of past work
• Relevant qualifications and certifications
• Public Liability or Professional Indemnity Insurance
