Fake reviews are prohibited, and suspicious reviews can be reported to Oneflare's Support Team.

To ensure your review is relevant and can be posted publicly, please follow these guidelines:
Do's
- Only review if you're a paying customer with first-hand experience.
- Negative reviews may require an invoice as proof.
- Exceptions:
- Site inspections affected by circumstances
- Uncompleted scheduled jobs due to circumstances
- Unsatisfactory job completion leading to payment disputes
- Be clear, objective, and detailed in your opinion.
- Add as much detail as possible, especially the reasons for your satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
- Check spelling and grammar for credibility.
- Mention any special treatment, freebies, or discounts received.
- Include your first name; anonymous reviews are not allowed.
- Keep it relevant and recent—review businesses used in the last 12 months.
Don'ts
- Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or abusive language.
- Don't exaggerate or generalise; remain objective.
- This helps you appear credible and allows others to form their own conclusions.
- Do not single out individuals negatively; focus on the business overall.
- Avoid advertising or mentioning other businesses in your review.
Fake Reviews
Fake reviews, positive or negative, will not be tolerated. We may take actions such as:
- Removing account access
- Retracting offending content
- Locking listings from future submissions
- Taking further action through the ACCC
This includes submitting fake reviews against competitors or for your own business.

If you see a suspicious review, contact our Support Team at 1300 138 827 or by emailing us at support@oneflare.com.au. We'll investigate and take necessary actions.
Note: We won't investigate reviews older than 6 months.
