How Can I Edit My Review?

Whether you're correcting information or updating your feedback based on a follow-up experience, you have the option to edit your review by following the steps below: 

1. Log in to Your Oneflare Account
   • Go to www.oneflare.com.au
   • Click Log In at the top right and enter your login details
2. Go to the Jobs Tab
   • Once logged in, navigate to the Jobs tab in your account dashboard
   • Scroll to find the job associated with the business you reviewed
3. Expand the Job Details
   • Click the dropdown arrow on the left of the job listing to expand the details
4. Click 'Edit Review.'
   • You’ll see an Edit Review option near your original review
   • Click it to make any changes you'd like
5. Submit Your Amended Review
   • Once you're satisfied with the edits, submit the updated version

Important: Follow Review Guidelines

Before posting your edited review, please ensure it continues to comply with our Review Guidelines. This includes:

• Being honest and respectful
• Avoiding offensive or defamatory language
• Providing feedback based on a genuine customer experience

Reviews that breach these guidelines may be removed.
