Your 'Leads' tab shows all open job requests, including quote costs, number of quotes received, and posting date.
TIP: Check if the customer has verified their contact details; a green 'Verified' label will appear next to their mobile or email.
Found a suitable job? To proceed:
- Select the job request in your 'Leads' tab.
- Prepare a professional quote including at least one of the following options:
- Cost estimate: Provide a flat or hourly fee (incl. GST) based on your estimates. Indicate if materials are included; it’s just an estimate.
- Site inspection request: For larger jobs, request an inspection to better assess costs and time. This informs the customer you'll contact them to arrange it.
- More information request: For complex jobs, ask for more details before providing an estimate.
- Additional comments: Add any specific information or questions related to the job.
- After selecting options, we’ll draft a professional message for your quote. You can then 'Save as draft' or 'Continue to payment'. Access drafts via 'Leads' tab > 'Drafts'.
- Ready to send? Select 'Continue to payment' and follow the prompts.
- After sending, your customer's details will be revealed, and you can manage correspondence from your 'Inbox' tab. Learn how to contact your customer here and ensure your profile is top-notch!
