It's important to note that the first message a customer receives will be your quote message. To send a direct message via Oneflare, simply follow these steps:
- Start by navigating to your 'Inbox' tab, where you can manage all your communications.
- Next, select the relevant customer from your list. This will allow you to focus on the specific conversation you want to have.
- Once you have selected the customer, you can begin composing your message by clicking next to the green '+' icon. This is where you can express any additional information or answer any questions the customer may have.
- When you feel your message is ready to go, simply select the send icon located to the right of your message. This will ensure your message is dispatched promptly.
Once you have sent your message, a double tick will appear below it, indicating that the customer has viewed your quote. This feature helps you keep track of your communications effectively.
TIP: During your conversation with the customer, you have the opportunity to revisit the job details or refresh your memory by viewing your quote again directly from the chat. It’s essential to remember to give the customer adequate time and space to make an informed hiring decision, as this shows respect for their process.
