Direct Business Messaging enables customers to contact eligible businesses directly from their public business profile by selecting the 'Message' button. Customers provide details about their inquiry, optionally attach photos, and confirm their contact details to send the message. Businesses can choose to accept the message, revealing the customer's contact information, or decline it, with no extra charge for continuing the conversation.
Direct Business Messaging allows customers to reach out to eligible businesses directly from their public business profile.
To initiate an inquiry, customers will first select the ‘Message’ button beneath your business logo. From here, they’ll be asked to provide some brief details about what needs to be done, as well as the option to attach photos as required. Once finalised, they’ll confirm their contact details and send the message directly to your business inbox.
You’ll now be able to decide whether to ‘accept’ the message and continue the conversation at no extra charge, or politely ‘decline’ the inquiry. A customer’s contact details are only revealed when a direct message is accepted.
