Oneflare operates as an online marketplace and business directory. While we strive to support both customers and businesses in resolving issues, we are not directly affiliated with the businesses listed on our platform. This means:

• We do not manage or oversee the services provided by individual businesses.
• We cannot enforce outcomes or intervene in matters beyond the scope of our platform.

We understand this can be frustrating, especially in situations where an agreement or service has broken down. Please know we take all complaints seriously and do our best to facilitate communication and resolution where possible.
 

If a Resolution Can’t Be Reached

If a satisfactory outcome cannot be achieved through our support process:

• You may wish to seek independent advice or lodge a complaint with a relevant consumer protection or regulatory body (such as Fair Trading or Consumer Affairs in your state or territory).
• If a regulatory authority decides to pursue the matter, Oneflare will fully cooperate and provide any relevant information or records to assist their investigation.

• Review your communications with the business to ensure all expectations, agreements, and outcomes are clearly documented.
• Consider leaving a review on the business’s Oneflare profile to inform other customers of your experience.
• Reach out to our support team if you would like help finding an alternative business to complete the job.
