Why can't I locate the 'request refund' button?

You may fall into one of the following cases:

• You have already submitted a refund request
• Your quote was free
• Your quote was submitted less than 7 days ago.  You can only submit a refund request once 7 days have elapsed since the job quote was posted.  After this time, you have an additional 72 hours to request a refund.
• Your quote is older than 10 days. You only have 72 hours (per the above point) to request a refund (once the 7 days has elapsed following the posting of the job quote).
• You are not on a paid credit plan and do not qualify for the request request feature under our Genuine Customer Guarantee
