By requiring all customers to verify their mobile number, each lead represents a genuine and contactable customer, giving you greater confidence from the start, while also reducing the need to spend time requesting refunds or waiting on outcomes.
Therefore from April 21, 2026, the Genuine Customer Guarantee refund for unresponsive leads will no longer apply to new leads purchased.
