1. Email Already in Use
If you see a message saying your email is already in use, you may have previously created an account. Try logging in or resetting your password using the same email.

2. ABN Not Accepted
We require a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) to register. If you’re receiving an error:
- Double-check that you’ve entered the correct 11-digit ABN
- Make sure your ABN is active (you can verify it at abr.business.gov.au)
If your ABN was recently registered, it may take a day or two to update in the system.
3. Page Won’t Load or Submit
If the registration form won’t load or you’re unable to submit your details:
- Try refreshing the page or switching to a different browser
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Make sure your internet connection is stable
- Avoid using ad-blockers or extensions that may interfere with the form
