Businesses with an active Credit Plan on Oneflare can request refunds through the Oneflare Business app by following specific steps. They need to contact the customer, send at least two messages, and after 7 days from the job quote posting, they have 72 hours to request a refund by selecting the option in the inbox. The request is reviewed within 5 business days, and if approved, credits are refunded within 7 days.

Where you are eligible to submit a refund request on our Oneflare Business app, you can do this by simply:
- Revealing the customer's number inside the inbox and calling the customer.
- Sending the customer at least two messages through the inbox.
- Once 7 days has elapsed since the job quote was posted, you have a further 72 hours (i.e. on or before the 10th day) to open the quote for consideration via the inbox and select ‘Request a refund’ by clicking the 3 dots in the top right corner.
- Agree to the terms and conditions of our refund policy.
- Submit your request and our team will consider your request and notify you of the outcome of your request within 5 business days through the inbox.
- If our team notify you that you will receive a refund of your credits, these will be returned to your account within 7 days of the outcome.
