To submit a refund request on our Oneflare Business app, simply:
- Reveal the customer's number inside the inbox and call the customer
- Send the customer at least two messages using the inbox
- Open the quote for consideration inside the inbox and select ‘Request a refund’ from the 3 dots in the top right within 72hrs of accepting the job lead
- Agree to the terms and conditions of our refund policy
- Submit your request and our team will do the rest!
Just so you know, you will be notified of the outcome via your inbox, including any reasoning should your request be declined.
