Where you are eligible to submit a refund request on our Oneflare Business app, you can do this by simply:
- Revealing the customer's number inside the inbox and calling the customer.
- Sending the customer at least two messages through the inbox.
- Once 7 days has elapsed since the job quote was posted, you have a further 72 hours (i.e. on or before the 10th day) to open the quote for consideration via the inbox and select ‘Request a refund’ by clicking the 3 dots in the top right corner.
- Agree to the terms and conditions of our refund policy.
- Submit your request and our team will consider your request and notify you of the outcome of your request within 5 business days through the inbox.
- If our team notify you that you will receive a refund of your credits, these will be returned to your account within 7 days of the outcome.
