Oneflare will review your request and notify you of an outcome within 5 business days. To view the outcome of your request, simply open the quote in question via your inbox and look for a system message with the status of your request.
If successful, your credits will be automatically returned to you within 7 days of the outcome being notified to you. Any refunded credits will expire along with the originating quoting credit pack or plan.
If unsuccessful, some reasons may include:
- The customer responded to a quote on their job via the inbox
- The customer hired another Oneflare business for the job
- The customer declined your quote on their job
- The customer decided to complete the job elsewhere
- The customer contacted another Oneflare business
- The customer has been in contact with our Support Team
- The customer marked you as hired
If we have provided any reasoning for our decision, simply select Find out more beneath the system message in your inbox.
If your request was declined, it’s still a good opportunity to reach out to your customer to discuss the outcome of your quote and/or see if there’s any possibility of working together in the future.
