Receive notifications via email or the Oneflare for Business App when a job lead is available, a customer views or responds to your quote, or hires your services.
New or unread messages will trigger a notification in the ‘Inbox’ section to keep you connected with customers.
To adjust your notification settings:
- Log in to your Oneflare account
- Menu > Account Settings > Notifications
- Update settings:
- Blue tick = notifications on.
- Blank box = notifications off.
- Your changes will save automatically.
Types of Notifications:
- Business: Notifications about leads, customer messages, and ‘Seen’ quotes.
- Newsletters & Special Offers: Marketing notifications. Disabling here affects both business and customer accounts.
Timing of SMS Notifications
Choose when to receive SMS notifications by adjusting the green line. If you get a lead outside active hours, we’ll notify you in the morning about new leads.
Mobile:
The Oneflare for Business app provides instant job notifications. To set your preferences:
- Log in to the app
- Go to 'Profile' > 'Settings'
- Select 'Notifications'
- Update preferences
Notifications are enabled by default. Tap the icon to disable alerts. Green means on, grey means off.
Regularly check your phone notifications to stay updated on job leads.
