For issues with the Oneflare for Business App, follow these steps:
- Ensure you have the Oneflare for Business app, not the Customer app.
- Force close and reopen the app; you may need to log in again.
- Ensure your device is updated with the latest software.
- Delete and reinstall the app.
- Restart your phone.
- Use only one app on one device to avoid notification issues.
