If you notice repeated attempts to charge your card, it’s likely due to the continuation of your credit plan subscription. Here’s why this happens and how you can manage or cancel your subscription:
-
Active Subscription
- Your credit plan remains active until we receive and process a cancellation request. As long as your plan is active, the system will attempt to charge your card at the start of each billing cycle.
-
Cancellation Notice Period
- To cancel your credit plan, a 15-day notice is required, as outlined during sign-up. If we don’t receive your request within this timeframe, your plan will continue into the next billing cycle, and the system will attempt to charge for it.
-
Missed Deadline for Cancellation
- If you submit your cancellation request after the 15-day notice period, your cancellation will take effect in the following billing cycle. This means you may still incur charges for the current billing period.
