The Work Work Guarantee (WWG) is Oneflare’s promise to newly subscribed businesses on credit-based plans: If you don’t double your return on investment in your first month, we’ll reinstate your first month’s worth of credits, no questions asked.
We’re confident in the value our platform delivers, but if you don’t see meaningful results in your first month and you've followed all the required steps, we’ll give you a second chance by reinstating your credits, risk-free.
Who is eligible for the WWG?
The WWG is available once only to the following user groups who subscribe to a new Credit Plan:
Newly registered businesses
Existing 'Pay As You Go' users upgrading to a plan
Businesses reactivating their account/plan after 30+ days of inactivity
The WWG is not available to:
Existing users on any of our legacy plans
Free trial users
How does the WWG work?
Use all your credits in the first month (even if your plan renews).
Reach out to your account manager by phone or email to request the WWG.
Your account manager will review your account, checking activity and performance.
If approved, your credits will be reinstated (not refunded) to your account.
Reinstated credits will expire 30 days after being applied.
How can I qualify for the WWG?
To be considered for the WWG, you must:
Be signed up to a Credit Plan
Complete your onboarding with your Account Manager
Achieve a profile score above 60
Sync your business accounts (if applicable)
Ensure broad coverage across your service areas and types
Download and use the Oneflare mobile app
Use 100% of your initial credits in the first month
