This involves confirming business details by uploading a valid Australian Business Name (ABN) for validation against the Australian Business Registry and providing photo identification, such as a driver's licence or passport, to ensure the profile name matches the identification.
A business’s primary admin user is responsible for completing the verification process (web only) in order for their business to obtain a verified badge.
To get verified, log in here and follow the prompts. You’ll need to complete two steps:
- Confirm business details
- Upload your current and valid Australian Business Name (ABN) and we'll validate it against the Australian Business Registry (ABR)
- We’ll validate your business name and postcode against your ABN
- Provide photo identification
- Upload a copy of your Australian driver's licence, or a passport
- We'll check your profile name matches your identification
- Upload a current photo of yourself and we’ll confirm it matches your identification
