How do I become a verified business?

A business’s primary admin user is responsible for completing the verification process (web only) in order for their business to obtain a verified badge.

To get verified, log in here and follow the prompts. You’ll need to complete two steps:

1. Confirm business details
   • Upload your current and valid Australian Business Name (ABN), and we'll validate it against the Australian Business Registry (ABR)
   • We’ll validate your business name and postcode against your ABN
2. Provide photo identification
   • Upload a copy of your Australian driver's licence, or a passport
   • We'll check your profile name matches your identification
   • Upload a current photo of yourself, and we’ll confirm it matches your identification
