How can I tell if a customer has verified their details?

Oneflare is here to help you win work from genuine leads and that's why you will always be able to tell which customers have verified their details.  

To identify verified customers, simply follow the steps below:

1. On your leads page, the verification status is located in the top left-hand corner of the lead, right next to the customer’s name.
   
2. Look for the verification icon for the mobile number, email address and repeat customers. If there's a green tick on the symbol, they're verified!
3. Once you click on the job request, the type of verification and the details will be displayed in the bottom left-hand corner.

If, for any reason, you do not wish to quote on a particular job lead, feel free to 'Ignore this job'.
