If you're not receiving notifications on the Android app, first restart your phone. Next, troubleshoot notifications by tapping "You" at the bottom, selecting "Notifications," and running the "Troubleshoot notifications" test. Ensure Google Play services have notifications enabled in the Application manager. If issues persist, gather logs from the Oneflare app by accessing the Profile, selecting the settings cog, running the troubleshoot test, and sending the report. Note that power-saving modes or optimisation apps may block notifications, so consider disabling them or whitelisting Oneflare. For iPhone issues, refer to the iOS troubleshooting guide.
