What happens if I lose my verified status?

Changing any of the following will unverify your business:

• First/last name
• Business name
• Australian Business Number (ABN)
• Business address

If you have an invalid ABN, your business will also be unverified. We check ABN validity every 3 months.

If unverified, you must re-complete the verification process. If this happens, we’ll notify you by email.
