Oneflare's Support Team manually reviews uploaded documents like Australian driver's licences and passports for verification. After deciding to accept or decline a request, they permanently delete the files to ensure security. If declined, the applicant is notified via email and must resubmit the necessary documents.
When you upload a copy of your Australian driver's licence, a passport and/or a current photo of yourself, our Support Team is responsible for manually checking each submitted file.
When a decision has been made to either accept or decline your verification request, Oneflare will immediately and permanently delete all uploaded files to ensure we maintain the highest degree of security.
Should your verification request be declined, you will be notified of the reason/s why via email and will be required to supply the necessary files once again.
