How are my business details verified?

Your business details are cross-referenced against the Australian Business Registry (ABR). In our checks, we will look to verifyyour Australian Business Number (ABN), your business name and your business address.

To complete Step 1 of the verification process, the following must match your ABR record:

• Your ABN must be valid and current 
• Your business name must match either your entity name or business name(s)
• Your business address must match the main business location

Should you be unable to find your business name from the dropdown of options, you will be required to register this name with the ASIC here. Once registered, the new name will appear in the dropdown menu and you will be able to proceed with completing your verification request.
