I'm not receiving push notifications. How do I fix it? (iOS)

If you're not receiving notifications, follow these steps for iOS app users. For Android users, see our troubleshooting guide.

Step 1: Troubleshoot notifications

• Tap Profile at the bottom.
• Tap settings cog at the top right.
• Tap Notifications.
• Tap Troubleshoot notifications to run the diagnostic.

The test will identify any issues with your notification settings.

Tip: Low power mode or performance apps may block notifications. Disable or whitelist Oneflare if using these.

Step 2: Send us your logs

Send us logs from the Oneflare app.

• Tap Profile at the bottom.
• Tap settings cog at the top right.
• Tap Notifications.
• Tap Troubleshoot notifications to run the diagnostic.
• After the test, press ‘Send report’ and click ‘Send’.
